I bought a nice chair but I got it home and two days later I found spiders inside the chair, I did get bit but was very mad, cause all sales are final, so I will never go back there again ..

My husband and I went looking for living room furniture and stopped in at Arizona Furniture in Kingman. We were nicely greeted by Melody and we explained we were looking for probably a sectional, but had to have recline options. The one just inside the door I fell in love with. We bought a dining room set in October of 2023. Now 19 months later (warranty of for 12 months and we did not buy additional protection) the side lamination is peeling. I went to the store to ask if they could so anything. They said that set has been discontinued and the warranty is 12 months so they could do nothing. They said I could hire their furniture repair guy if I wanted to. Stopped into the Kingman store to pick up a chair for my wife. Walked in the door, backpacking portable oxygen. I was greeted by a very nice lady named Samantha. She not only got the chair for me…she took it out to my truck….then put it in the truck for me. Thank You Samantha! You truly made my day 😊

Large warehouse filled with lots to choose from, including livinf room, diningbroom amd bedrooms sets for all rooms, as well as individual items, such a recliners, etc... Great customer service, too!
