I have been searching a long time for a photographer like Mattie. In a world with so many options she is a rare jewel. She communicates before your session on clothes, textures, and style on what is going to make you not only look but feel your best. During our session she positions you to have movement and natural family moments. One that helped us out was she knew how to handle our toddler with a short attention span. Wonderful experience! I had a fall mini session with my two dogs photographed by Mattie this year. The goal being some photos to use for my Christmas card. The dogs are not the best at following direction, but Mattie adjusted, helped me to navigate posing with the dogs, and captured some sweet photos and their personalities. Photos are always a bit nerve wracking, but Mattie was awesome to work with and made it painless. Communication and exceptions for picking photos and timing was also super great! Would totally recommend!

Mattie is amazing!! She shot our team in 2021 when we only had a handful of people. We’ve grown and grown and I’m certain it’s in part because of the amazing photography we use in all our content. Just recently, we did another photoshoot with Mattie and she crushed it! We’re constantly getting compliments on the look, feel, and vibe of our imagery.
