Majority of staff is terrible. Management sits in office and doesn't interact with residents. Most CNA staff sits on the couch on their cell phones and yells to the residents as they are eating. My mom pressed her call button at 4 am and they wouldn't take her to the bathroom, so my mom called her son and he came over and took her to the bathroom. My mother is much happier in another facility where they CARE about her.
