Flawless move from Virginia to California. We were so nervous after past disastrous moves. Everything went exactly as expected. They arrived on time, were so careful, wrapping and protecting our belongings. When they were on the road, they communicated with us periodically to let us know they were on schedule. They arrived on time exactly! With other companies there was always some issue but this was an amazingly smooth experience.
First of all, Matthew’s Nationwide Moving should give Stephanie a raise. I am not exaggerating when I say that I hired this company after talking to her and two other companies literally bc she was so wonderful to talk to. She was super responsive and flexible about my weird circumstances (being out of the country for almost the whole time between buying the house and moving). Matthews’s movers did our Office move within three or four hours and were awesome. They were very polite, professional, and super efficient with everything they did for us would highly recommend!
Alex and TJ have been wonderful to work with. They've taken such great care of my mom, and we're even ahead of schedule. They're kind, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way, which made the whole experience stress-free. We're so grateful and would definitely work with them again.
It was a delight working with the friendly professionals at Matthew's. There were some uncertainties on the timing of the move and the staff worked with me to create as much flexibility as possible. The moving crew were true professionals demonstrating a love for their company and a care for their customer as they cheerfully and cheerfully packed, loaded and then unloaded everything. The end result was a wonderful experience in what can be a very stressful time. I cannot recommend Matthew's Nationwide Moving more highly.
