We have been using these guys for years, this is the last time. They charged us more than on the invoice they sent us. When I called to dispute the amount, they then created a new invoice with the higher amount listed and claimed that the other thing they sent was was sent "in error." Not a huge deal financially, they just charged me $25 more than the original invoice, but their unwillingness to even admit a mistaken charge, and the fact that they created a new invoice AFTER they overcharged me shows a level of dishonesty I ... read more

David was very knowledgeable and explained things very well.
Matthews Beaty & Co has been great. Very helpful for me knowing very little. The front office staff was very friendly and explained everything to me jn detail.
