Matt helped me through a difficult time in my life and after a year together I feel like I've grown a lot as a person and in my goals for the future. Effectively counseling someone who has a psychopath/covert narcissist on the other side of them, takes very specific skills and training. Matt was able to quickly grasp the unique challenges I faced dealing with a high conflict ex husband and work with me to develop tools and skills to manage my expectations, not feel helpless in the face of continuing abuse and take control of my reactions. He was incredibly helpful during a very challenging time in my life and I highly recommend him.
