I came to see Matthew to help resolve an issue I had with occasionally overdrinking alcohol. You get out what you put in. Tweedie informs you that it's a "do-with process, not a do-to process". He's there to guide and coach you, but ultimately it's the individual who does the work within their own subconscious during the sessions.
