The process of buying a home or refinancing is intimidating and difficult to navigate. Matthew Stevens and his team took the time to help my family through the process but the thing I am most appreciative of is that they took the time to explain/educate us. Every question we asked was answered and explained. I hate to only rate them 5 stars when that feels like not enough credit for the work they did for my family and I.
It was as smooth as possible. We even had a panic moment where we change to a completely different loan midway through. Matthew and team was able to turn everything around in 2 weeks, allowing us to still close early! Would highly recommend.
