Mr.Abrams made 2 major mistakes in preparing my tax returns. He corrected 1 quickly. In the second instance we debated whether or not he deprived me of a legitimate tax deduction. After sending him evidence that he was in the wrong via ChatGPT he acknowledged his second error and corrected it. I was very dissatisfied with his transparency and with his level of service overall.
