Professional and timely
Very friendly people, very helpful and great solicitors.
Bad experience, paid $100 (through legal aid) to have him make me wait an extra 40 minutes to talk to him, the chat went for 10 minutes and didn't give us anything to go off of really, took the little advice he did give me and when it came to getting back in contact with him it was practically impossible, it's been 7 months now, I continuously called/emailed the office and the receptionist would have no idea where my email was or if I had sent it, once they would find it each time they would say to wait a week for him to get... read more
