We had the best experience at Matthew May teaching kitchen. Matthew was so knowledgeable, made cooking fun and taught us so much. We all enjoyed our time and of course the food was amazing!!

My husband bought the fresh pasta making class for our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience! I love to cook, but making fresh pasta is a technique that requires some hands-on experience, and Matthew guided us with the perfect amount of instruction while letting us get the feel for the dough consistency. In addition to making fresh pasta, he taught us two sauces, which were both great tasting, and we had the bonus of learning some of the food science behind how to adjust seasonings to balance everything. My name is Carter and I consider myself self a food critic since I have been to many many restaurants and dining establishments but this experience has completely changed the way I view food. This has been the best food and experience I have ever had. This man has taught me many cool and fun tips and tricks and has made learning about food very fun.
