Matthew and his team helped me through what would have otherwise been one of the most stressful and shameful times of my life. My case began after a late night of fishing, on my way home I unfortunately lost control of my car and totaled it when I hit a tree. I highly recommend working with Matthew Simone. He did an outstanding job on my DWI case. I got pulled over for “failing to signal 100 before a lane change” and then arrested for DWI. After explaining what had happened to Matt, he was very eager to take on the case. In NY you’re not required to use a signal to signal a lane change prior to a 100 feet. Obviously if you need a lawyer your not having the best of luck. Matt can help you get lady luck back on your side. I never used a private lawyer before, but in my traffic case I needed one, my license was on the line.
