I highly recommend working with Matthew Simone. He did an outstanding job on my DWI case. I got pulled over for “failing to signal 100 before a lane change” and then arrested for DWI. After explaining what had happened to Matt, he was very eager to take on the case. In NY you’re not required to use a signal to signal a lane change prior to a 100 feet. I had a very short time frame, which required legal results in multiple counties within New York State, so that I could continue to drive and be able to renew my out-of-state license.
