I had the misfortune to work for Mr. Gilmer for a very brief period. He lacks professionalism in all aspects of his practice. He does not return calls to clients. He will sleep until 2-3pm each day. It takes him 7+ months to respond to Discovery requests propounded to his client. When counsel for opposing parties file Motions to Compel and Sanctions, for the lack of work produced/responded to, he disregards it as he believes that he will always win as he is well known with the Judges in MS.
