I was referred to Matt by friends, and I could not be happier with their recommendation. As a first-time home buyer, I had a million questions, but Matt was exceptional—always answering in a timely manner and making the process feel easy. To be honest, he was more helpful and proactive than my real estate agent! If you want a mortgage broker who is great with numbers and who truly goes above and beyond, he is the one.

It has been amazing working with Matt and his team. Phone calls are returned promptly and professionally....never did I feel like I was not getting the best possible personel service. If I did not understand something it was explained to me completely and at my level of understanding. Matt and his team worked great with my real estate brokers and both Title Companies. Matt Falconer and his team were wonderful to work with! In January, we found ourselves (first-time buyers) to be in a bit of a rush to move forward in securing our home loan and buying a home.
