AVOID AT ALL COST Absolute waste of 4 months of my time. First off gave me a trainee solicitor for my family case , don't get me wrongs Samantha is a very nice person and very understanding. However the individual overlooking her, Miss McCluskey was nothing short of AGGRESSIVE and came across extremely ARROGANT. She did not want to hear what her own client had to say and assumed everyone seemed to know how the legal system works. Wanted to use their services in relation to a mortgage, and was given a price and promised a call back. The person who answered the phone was friendly, and assured me she would pass on my details, but the call back never came. Same thing happened when I tried a second time - I was assured my details had already been forwarded, and that she would do so again. In the end I gave up and went elsewhere.
Ryan just sorted out the discharge of security on my mortgage. Not a big or unusual job, but I appreciated the friendly service and clear communication. Most importantly, no hidden costs, just one clear price. I'm a very happy customer!
