I have had an account with TEG, Hyde Park, NY for several years and like this location very much. Everyone is friendly, polite, eager to help and answer any questions I may have. The bank is always clean and the drive-up window staff are always very nice. I also like the convenience of doing my banking here because of the close proximity from home. I am very happy with TEG!
TEG used to be 5 stars in everything. The old management understood that a credit union is basically made up of its members and treated them like shareholders, not just depositors. WHAT HAPPENED?!! It is turning into a nightmare! They seem to be growing top-heavy with a new, young , arrogant staff who seem to delight in making the depositors lives as miserable as possible. WHY?!! Who does that serve? Not the credit union and not the members. But they don't seem to be getting rid of those chips on their shoulders any time soo... read more
