I was the seller in this deal. In previous house purchases/sales, the signing and exchange of funds takes place at the same time. My experience with this firm was very disappointing. The purchaser advised me 3 weeks earlier that he had the funds and was waiting for me to have the deal written up. I signed off on my funds four days ago and still haven't received my money.
