Tracey is really talented and personable as well as a great teacher. I have attended a few of her classes now and happy to report my husband has voted my new beef casserole dish his new favourite . As he is a darn good cook himself this is high praise indeed. I'm looking forward to her 2025 classes .

My adult son and I joined Tracey for her Saturday cooking class yesterday. This was our second class together and my fourth. As in the past, we had a fabulous morning, laughing, learning and eating. We are both people who do a lot of cooking, but Tracey never fails to teach us skills we didn’t know. The recipes are always interesting and delicious and we once again learnt so much about the benefits of using good quality products, with so many of them made in WA and sourced by Matters of Taste. My mum and I went on the City Limits Food Tour last week. Our host Anthony was great, very knowledgeable and passionate. He took us to some amazing hidden gems! Tracey and Anthony have selected some great small business, where we went behind the scenes and learnt about the process and production. By the end of the day our eski bags were full of yummy treats and our tummy’s were even more full! It was a great day and a good birthday present idea for my mum. We are already keeping an eye out for the next one!
