Quick initial email, but they cheated us out of a refund and refuse to respond further. “You should be seeing the refund in a week’s time,” absolutely false. Don't buy their pro cameras. They don't support the pro camera with lower volume accounts, so it's a bait and switch business model. They also commits credit card fraud. Do not give them your credit card information! Over $5000 bogus charges so far. Nightmare to stop them from charging your credit card for nonexistent services..
