Supposedly I was named as a beneficiary on an account. I have paid thousands of dollars for "taxes" without receiving receipts. Now they want several thousands of dollars to "activate" the account so I can have access to it. It's a little late but I'm starting to think that I have been SCAMMED. There's no way that I can pay what they say that I still owe and no way that I can get what I've already paid back from them. FYI, beware of any notification that says you have money that you have to pay money to receive.
