I wouldn’t even give them one star but I have to. I found a dining table within my budget and I needed four chairs. They had three available for me and I asked if I could have another chair from the show room. And unequivocal no. A company this size that has lots of inventory could’ve replaced that chair in their show room from the inventory and then sent me the chair I wanted. No way. I will never shop here again.
We furnished much of our new home at Matter Brothers in Sarasota. However, their lax mask policy is quite concerning. The owner does not require a mask although they are recommended. We felt uncomfortable when two women walked in and refused to put on masks. It jeopardizes the health of customers and is very inconsiderate of the employees.
