My Wife and I Built with Royal Oaks 4 years ago. We were happy with the customer service, build quality, and project managers. We were pleased enough that when we were looking to build again, we found a nearby Mattamy Neighborhood (Ballentine Place) and felt comfortable knowing that a lot of Royal Oaks was still present.
