Matt is a true professional. He always makes me feel at ease and relaxed during the massage and I always leave feeling recharged. I mostly see Matt for maintenance, but when I have had issues, he has always managed to get to the root cause of my problem. Would highly recommend him.

He is masterful with his physio-science, delivers specific and effective manipulation of the problem areas, and combines it effortlessly with some yoga and pilates advice. He takes an easy-going pace throughout and explains things clearly as he goes along. He is also generous with his time and follows up with relevant information. Top Choice!
