Apparently, this lawyer has decided, as a matter of policy, not only to never to extend any courtesies to opposing counsel because that is what he believes zealous representation requires, but also to discipline lawyers who work for him should they extend such courtesies without prior approval.

I was on the phone waiting to talk to someone about a consultation appointment i was trying to set up and was told i would have to wait hours because they were dealing with a big client that had priority over me, the receptionist then goes on to say that maybe if i was suing someone like Mike Tyson then maybe I'd get some help sooner..... i was in shock when i heard that, who even says that to someone??? Very unprofessional! I'd advise seeking counsel else where. Heck call Sal! instead maybe...
