Worked with Matt McConnell for three years to resolve a dispute with a reale estate (purchase) transaction. Matt approached the situation from a highly technicial perspective, was realistic with our expectations, and was patient and persistent with the glacial movement of the courts. We had a very large problem with our Landlord in Philadelphia. We tried for months to get the Landlord to correct the problem but we got nowhere.
