Matt unfortunately shared on his Facebook that he thinks Trump voters are “stupid” or something “even less flattering”. I asked if he could clarify if he in fact serves clients that he thinks are stupid. He chose to not answer. I’ve also been to real estate meetings where Matt pushed marketing tactics to convince potential clients that they could “always refinance later” which is a dangerous thing to tell a potential client since rates are unpredictable.
