ZERO stars. Made appointment 2 MONTHS in advance. Office confirmed my insurance is accepted. I suffer from Degenerative Disc Disease, Retrolisthesis, and severe Spinal Stenosis, so I only got maybe an hour of sleep before my early morning appt. I arrived 45 minutes early and had my paperwork (about 30 minutes worth) completed 15 minutes before my appt., as requested.
