Smooth transition
Matt has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout my mortgage process. I have never worked with some so organized, professional, and diligent before. Even the seller of our new home was astounded at how responsive and quick-to-action he was. He made the mortgage approval process for us easy, timely, secure, and smooth. I will absolutely be using Matt at LMCU again whenever we move in the future, and I'll be referring friends and family his way in the meantime. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Absolutely terrible experience with Matt. My realtor gave him the deadline of when everything needed to be submitted and yet he could seem to care less about getting each thing done. My realtor had to consistently remind him about every single deadline. On top of that, because of him not caring, our closing date got pushed back because he didnt send out the appraiser on time even though he had the deadline. I have just signed a loan with LMCU and him as a Loan officer. Worst customer service, no replies, no call backs and on top of that will hike up interest and/or add points in the end and if you are on a fixed timeline you will be screwed.
Exemplary! Matt genuinely enjoys helping people navigate the mortgage process, as shown through his careful attention to detail, enthusiasm for presenting info clearly, and staying up-to-date on his expertise. Very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and experienced — I highly recommend.
