My second treatment was amazing. I believe he called it 'aggressive energy release' and said it would release fire and negativity. I didn't know what to expect, but I never would have guessed an acupuncture treatment could make me feel so light and happy. It's as if negative energies that keep me troubled or unable to focus on joy were stripped away, and I became aware that I am actually a very happy person, that happiness is not something I have to 'try' for.
