Horrible customer service, horrible communication. Only went there because it was the closest authorized service center for my product, would not ever go there again
Total scam! I went to have some tools repaired. They could not tell me how much it would cost until I paid a deposit. After I paid, they said the cost would be the same as a new tool. I asked them to go ahead and fix them and they have still never called back. Total waist of time. Not a good way to do business.
