Namrata has helped me tremendously. Her recommendation for food and supplements during my first flare of ulcerative colitis was a saviour. I initially went to Namu because of IT band pain that had gotten so bad, it was keeping me up at night. Through acupuncture and other things that she recommended, it didn’t take long for relief. Since then, over two years ago, she has helped me with intense neck and back pain, plantar fasciitis, sinus pain, headaches, a knee injury as well as anxiety and stress. It has been a few months that I've been visiting Dr. Namrata for acupuncture which tremendously helped me physically, emotionally and spiritually. She is a great listener, and very patient. She doesn't rush the session but actually she patiently listens what you are struggling with and uses different meditation + acupuncture methods to help you.
