Dr. Namrata is thoughtful, attentive, and considerate in her care. I initially came in with sports injuries—then more sports injuries—and each time I leave feeling better, more centered, and genuinely rested. This was my first experience with acupuncture and cupping, and it’s been incredibly positive. I appreciate how Dr. Namrata tailors each session to my ever-changing needs, making every visit feel personalized and effective.

I would say it was divine intervention for me to meet Dr Namrata for healing myself. She is an answer to my prayer requesting to find someone who can provide me direction to heal my health condition. Namrata has helped me tremendously. Her recommendation for food and supplements during my first flare of ulcerative colitis was a saviour. I was going through the worst phase health wise and her simple food suggestions and positive attitude gave me huge relief. I initially went to Namu because of IT band pain that had gotten so bad, it was keeping me up at night. Through acupuncture and other things that she recommended, it didn’t take long for relief. Since then, over two years ago, she has helped me with intense neck and back pain, plantar fasciitis, sinus pain, headaches, a knee injury as well as anxiety and stress.
