These so called "movers" arrived without any moving supplies, as no dollies to move my items, assuring me beforehand they are professional movers who move heavy, high end furniture and baby grand pianos. A total lack of organization and preparedness. The end result? My baby grand piano totaled. Expensive furniture damaged not to mention my China cabinet glass was shattered. Was pleasantly surprised with the workers on my moving day. They were professional, kind, efficient and were careful with all my furniture! I would recommend!

I would highly recommend you not use Matrix Movers. Their team members were nice but poorly trained and not prepared so things moved very slowly. No tools. No dollies. No drinks or water. We never saw them eat so we ordered them food so they wouldn’t pass out. They didn’t finish until the early hours in the morning ( significantly later than they had estimated) and the cost was much higher than they had originally estimated. It was a bizarre experience.

These are not professional movers. Their team had little to no process, so things took much longer than they should. They showed up over an hour late both days. The cost ended up being over $1,000 (30%+) above what they had estimated. They said they should be finished around 7:30, but didn’t get done until after 1 am. And there was still a lot of stuff left at the house that I am having to move myself now. Terrible experience.

Thank you Moe, Savannah and Yassine! I’m so impressed with how efficient and easy to work with they were. It was such a relief to get everything moved so quickly. They were fun and cheerful as well, which made an overwhelming task fun and easy!
