I am a new dealer for them and i seen all the reviews.. Well my dealing with them has been nothing but super . i deal with same lady and when i need to make changes its no problem. They answer phone right away and very good on emails. i am very happy i am working with them. I do feel there going to help me grow and would recommend them
I had Matrix Cabinets through out my whole house, brand new cabinets. There were several scratches on the cabinets so I called them up and asked for a paint pen. The woman said she couldn’t give it to me because she’s a wholesaler. She said she would contact my builder. I said that is like trying to contact Just send me one paint pen. .
