Matrix always goes above and beyond on customer service and offers great rural speeds. Their greatest strength is communication. Elaine in particular is very quick to respond and is always extremely helpful with any questions I have. The service technicians are courteous, professional, and punctual. When the rare outage occurs, I am able to report it and receive an ETA for restoration easily and quickly. I am very pleased with my 100mbs package and with the treatment i have received as a customer.
I was having issues with my Internet and Jason the technician was sent to my house. He was on time and very pleasant. He figured out the problem changed out everything he needed to change out and my Internet is working better than ever.
Can't recommend. I have had service for almost 2 months now. While it started out first month with no issues/ complaints I have now had a several work interruptions where service dropped off. 3 times it restored fairly quickly however 1/16/25 & 1/29 I lost service & it was out for an hour or more. February I continued to lose service several times a week during my working hours. Service just drops off. March. Service has improved. Elaine from Matrix Broadband made an appointment to have my dish "Updated". Miguel arrived early to change the dish. I ended up having more than TRIPPLE the connection that I had before the updated install. This service was performed Quickly and professionally with NO added charges. I was blown away with this gift. Thank you to All the team members involved. I'm totally impressed. I also got a follow up phone call to ensure that everything was working correctly.
I used them for several years, they were excellent to work with, great price and reliable service as far as satellite service goes
