Working with Elaine has been a pleasure, she takes the time to return calls/text messages and makes sure that all my questions are answered. When a technician comes out they arrive in a timely manner and are also polite answering questions we may have.

I would like to give a big shoutout to Elaine and Miguel from Matrix Broadband. Elaine answered a text I sent in the evening about my internet being down and attempted to help me get my internet up. I was not expecting her to answer at that time or to try and help me. The suggestions she gave me did not work so she said she could have a tech come out the next day .
