I would like to give a big shoutout to Elaine and Miguel from Matrix Broadband. Elaine answered a text I sent in the evening about my internet being down and attempted to help me get my internet up. I was not expecting her to answer at that time or to try and help me. The suggestions she gave me did not work so she said she could have a tech come out the next day . I have been with matrix broadband for almost 20 years. They provide excellent service and are perfect for internet in rural areas. They always provide prompt and courteous service. I would recommend Matrix Broadband to anyone seeking rural internet service.
I had their service for many years. They are very attentive if there’s a problem they are very good to us.
2nd review still 5 stars Im still with Matrix and they are still the best. I have excellent service and very few outages. When there is an outage, they let me know whats going on and give me an estimate of when it will be back on. Elaine is absolutely the best, every time I have a question about anything I can reach out to her and she always get right back to me. We have been doing business with Matrix since before it became Matrix, and have always, always enjoyed our relationship and reaped the benefits of working with people who truly care about their clients.
