I started my granddaughter with Mathnasium in Tempe about 3 weeks before the end of the 2025 school year. At that time she had a D in math. Our best hope was to pull it up to a C. Going twice a week and working with the incredible tutors my granddaughter pulled her grade up to a B. She was in 5th grade and has always struggled with math. Mathnasium is a great place that offers a lot of support. Mathnasium is helping my daughter understand the math fundamentals that she didn’t quite grasp in school. They go at her pace and make sure she fully understands.

Mathnasium of Tempe is great. The instructors customize materials to my daughter’s level. The environment is supportive, but they also challenge students and ask them to explain their choices, which is key to learning. My daughter is already more confident in her abilities after only a few visits. Update: After 7 months the experience has mostly been good.
