We enrolled our son in a public school in 2nd grade after homeschooling him. The switch to common core math was HARD for all of us, especially him. He had a really hard year and just seemed to be frustrated and angry all the time. It didn't help him that as parents we couldn't figure out how to help him either. We found Mathnasium and after a long conversation with Ramona on the phone we took him in for an assessment and then signed him up for tutoring shortly after. WOW!
