Dedicated staff, especially the location manager. They provide honest feedback and don't just give good grades or say positive things to get your money. On a few occasions I've shared school material that I wanted my kid to improve on and they adjusted the learning plan accordingly.
The staff at Mathnasium in Maple valley are amazing and helpful. My son loves their teaching style and getting more confidence in Math.
