We had a really disappointing experience with Mathnasium in Lake Hiawatha. When the old manager was there, things ran smoothly and communication was excellent. The new manager is nice, but she always seems overwhelmed. Calls and messages are rarely returned. We decided to cancel our membership. But even after canceling via email and a phone call, they continue to charge our credit card every month and still have not responded to repeated messages asking for a cancellation confirmation and a refund.
