Mathnasium has motivated my once unmotivated daughter to not just learn math but to enjoy it. The instructors are all very nice and instill confidence in my daughter that despite challenges, she can master math.
Our son has truly enjoyed his time and can’t wait to start another session!
My son did summer programming. His math confidence has improved a lot. It was great exposure for a math anxious kid, and he learned a lot of tricks that will help him going forward. The only complaint I have is that there is a very sales-y vibe. During the initial assessment, be prepared to be asked which plan you intend to purchase. Also, while kids earn stars for doing math, which they can use to purchase prizes (great), they also earn stars—a lot of them—for marketing for the business (not so great).
