We have had such a positive experience with Mathnasium. My daughter always looks forward to coming and never protests, which tells me she truly enjoys her sessions. The staff, and Kendra in particular, have been so sweet, kind, thoughtful, encouraging, and attentive to my daughter as a whole child. I am writing to share my experience following a recent change in management at Mathnasium, specifically under Mr. Chris Haugh. As a parent who previously valued the program, I regret to say that the decline in professionalism and oversight under the new leadership has been both noticeable and concerning. We’ve had a wonderful experience at Mathnasium Meyerland! My daughter enjoys going there, and her math score has improved for 63 point since the beginning of the school year. Thank you to all the teachers for your patience, encouragement, and hard work!
Mathnasium is a great place for kids to learn and build confidence in math. The program itself is strong and really helpful. That said, my experience with management was not great. I had to pick up my nephew recently and found the manager difficult to interact with. He was not very pleasant, which took away from the visit. Overall, the tutoring is solid, but I hope they improve the customer experience.
Kendra was very helpful and I got a lot of of information needed for the betterment of my child. Definitely would recommend if it’s in your budget
