It used to be OK. The teachers were nice and the atmosphere was friendly. I definitely saw my kids making progress last year. This year is a complete disaster: my kids who are in the middle school now are given countless tests and forced to practice topics that they already know. My daughter comes home in distress and tells me that she is literally forced to work on certain topics and not in a position to give any feedback. In fact, nobody cares about feedback. In 2021 I took my daughter to the center for an assessment, I informed the guy that she is in French Immersion and does not understand English math problems. He assured me that's ok, they will help her. After the assessment he informed me my daughter was well below her age standards. I already know that, it was the reason why I wanted to get help for her.
