Not a great experience for my high schooler and fees for cancelling are exorbitant ($698). Staff tended to blame my child for being on his phone rather than talking to me about it or redirecting him when I asked about his lack of progress. We were happy to keep his phone with us during sessions- if you told us. He felt like he was waiting for help often and they didn’t check if he did his work right and give him feedback, just helped him with the next problem a bit to get him started.
