Staff greets my kid when we enter, showing her to her instructor for the day. While not 1-on-1, staff makes sure instructor/student are balanced evenly. We like binder is left at Mathnasium, nothing to forget or lose. Also enjoyed the Game Night where kids play math-oriented board games, munch on popcorn & pizza. Card reward system (get to exchange cards rewarded for completing curriculum for healthy snacks or small toys) is also neat way incentivize kids. Staff shows patience & genuinely seems to care.
I'm super impressed by Mathnesium and highly recommend it. The instruction is tailored to the individual, fun, and educational. My son asks to attend after-school math instruction - that is saying something! We also receive regular updates on his progress, what they are working on now, and what is expected at his grade level (and beyond!). They go at the pace of your child and guide you along the way. It's a superior service!
My 9 year old son loves going to the Mathnasium and his math skills are now great.
Great team has helped cultivate my son's love of math.
