Mathnasium at Lakewood is awesome for my twins. They are in middle school where all math is honors. I really think the mathnasium has helped them with confidence. I worried about them after a lackluster 5th grade. Plus they truly have fun at this center -they may sometimes complain to go, but they never are complaining when they are there nor afterwards. The center has fun and engaging staff (there is often laughter and joy). The personalized instruction is worth the cost -trust me on that.
My husband and I felt our boys were not reaching their full potential in math at school. We enrolled them in Mathnasium and they are now performing well above grade level.
Our son hates math and it was beginning to affect his math grade. Our son loves going. He asks every day if he's going to Mathnasium and is disappointed if the answer is no. You can't get much better than that!
