I'm not sure what happened in the Dr Phillips location. But the overall class & professional air of this location has simply gone down. There used to be older professionals tutoring, now it looks like high school teenagers trying to teach other kids. I have seen first hand the manager at this location say & do anything to appease parents (because we are paying over $300 per month!) and once the parent kisses their child, waves goodbye & walks out the door the place turns into a nursery!
