Mathnasium has been a game-changer for our homeschool family. My kids love going to Mathnasium - they literally ask when they get to go again and beg to go more often. The system of rewards Mathnasium has set up makes math enjoyable because the kids are working to earning rewards (I’m looking at you Squishmallows and candies). Another really fun thing they do (at least over the summer) is have a calendar of fun events: “wear a silly hat = 10 extra points”, “complete a math page with zero errors = earn 5 extra points”, “pizza day”, “write a summer bucket list = 10 extra points”.
