My daughter truly enjoys her time at Mathnasium HP. They make learning fun and engaging, with a variety of creative incentives that help keep students motivated. A special shout-out to Ms. Ebony, the Assistant Director, for her excellent and responsive communication, and to Mr. Chris, one of the math instructors, whom my daughter especially enjoys working with.
My daughter loves the Mathnasium Hyde Park Team. From her day one assessent, now 5 months later, she looks forward to going every week. I've seen a big spike in her confidence when it comes to math and shes preforming well in school too. I was reluctant at first, but am so happy we took the leap. Our daughter had such a positive experience in 2nd & 3rd grade that her twin brother asked to join this year in 4th grade! Elementary school math is taught so differently than (ahem!) back in the day. The daily homework meltdowns and frustrations in many ways stemmed from a lack of (problem solving & conceptual) strategies.
