We were able to see huge benefits in elementary school. However, we are not seeing much difference in middle school since Mathnasium severely lagging behind grade school math in pre-algebra, geometry etc. Even though Mathnasium works differently by covering all required curriculum for specific grade before moving on to advanced topics, it also needs to align with school curriculum.
Although my teenager is not excited about going all summer, the tutor gets her out of her attitude and she never complains after she leaves, I appreciate how he approaches tutoring with her!
At the beginning they were very friendly and kind, but we didn’t enjoy the curriculum, which is no fault of their own. Unfortunately after we cancelled, they continued to charge us for a few months after we ended it.
I have been bringing my kids here for years. It has helped their Math grades and improved their confidence in math.
Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable staff.
