The staff are great but I'm frustrated that we had to buy 6 months here. Even now we cannot book a random lesson to help with homework even after committing. I will not be committing more months at hundreds a month. We found it to consuming. I saw on here that someone was able to book for 4 weeks - why was this not an option to us? We felt our hand was forced. I would love it if they would sell random days here and there. I could purchase an hour when my son needed a hand with homework or a particular problem. I was waiting for feedback from my granddaughter before I posted my review. She’s now back in school since August in 6 grade. Last month I received a more detailed answer that her accelerated math tutoring helped her this year. So many things I could say about Jeff and Nicole who are the owners in Briercreek. They worked patiently with my schedule (parents changed her summer visit) and adjusted her lesson to accommodate her stay. They were very easy to communicate with and explained any questions I had.
