My granddaughter has attended tutoring here. On her first visit it seemed a little unorganized. The staff that were there were not prepared for her visit, even though appointments are not required. They were supposed to have a binder prepared for her, and at first couldn't locate it. They suggested I call the person that had originally assessed her, to ask if she had created the binder.
